Chattanooga firefighter Michael Clancy said his training paid off after he rescued a woman from the second floor during a house fire.
Firefighters found the woman hanging from the second floor window when they arrived.
Officials told NewsChannel9.com that a candle ignited the woman's nightgown and when she attempted to put the fire out, she knocked over the candle which spread the fire.
